This company may draw you in with amazing offers to get rid of your debt but seem to have a complete inability to follow through. I was told i would be debt free within 3 years 6 months. 14 months down the line my debts have not decreased in the slightest. The only saving grace, this company has is that the customer services staff are friendly though not particularly helpful. They tell you what they will do then dont seem to bother doing it. You are not supposed to have any contact with your creditors on Baines plans however, i have at least 3 letters a week from mine and, i have had to contact them on my own behalf on several occasions. Surely this defeats the purpose entirely?! I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone. Absolutely Useless!
